Bol bol rose to online stardom at Mater Dei High School, where his school got the better of the Liangelo and Lamelo Ball lead Chino Hills in an overtime win during the 2017 CIF semi-finals. Bol would transfer to Findlay college prep for his senior year, where he played in 21 games putting up 20 points,8 rebounds and 2 blocks per game.
Bol-Bol who'd already long committed to play at Oregon made his Pac 12 debut for the ducks putting up 12 points and 12 rebounds in 23 minutes. Shortly after Bol would have his breakout game, wherein 31 minutes Bol recorded 32 points and 11. Silencing doubters who questioned whether or not his productivity from high school could translate to the collegiate game. Through 9 games with the Ducks, Bol averaged 21 points, 10 rebounds, 2.7 blocks and shot 56% from the field and 52% from three, however that was all she wrote for Bol's college career. As in December, he was shut down for the rest of the season, with a left foot fracture that required surgery.
After the injury that ruined his season, Bol was expected to go anywhere from the lottery to mid-late first round, which is why everyone was so shocked to see Bol Bol slip to the 44th Pick to the Miami Heat, who were just as quick to trade him as they were to draft him. Sending his right to the Denver nuggets who the year prior drafted injury-prone top prospect in Micheal Porter JR. September 5th, 2019 Bol signed his rookie deal, which was a two-way contract meaning he would spend time with both the Denver Nuggets and in the G-League. Seeing as the Nuggets don't have a G-League team, Bol was assigned to the Windy City Bulls. Where he spent the majority of this season,
Bol is currently on a minute restriction playing up to 18 Minutes per Game in the 7 games played with Windy City so far. Nonetheless, Bol Bol is still putting up impressive numbers,
It is clear that when Bol Gets back to 100% he will no longer be required to play in the G league he is still playing a bit hurt. It seems like the foot injury hasn’t healed to 100%. Due to Bol only playing 7 games so far in this early G league season it's hard to make a fair Judgement on him and his position. On December the 9th he did put up 21 points on 8-11 shooting and knocking down 3 out of 5 attempts at 3 to go along with 6 rebounds and 5 blocks in just 28 minutes of game time.

If he's not ready, He's not ready. Give the man some time to develop. People are so quick to rush a player and that goes for all sports out there.

Bol is like Zion. Only injury can keep them from being the most unstoppable forces in the league.

Bol Bol has the potential to be a really good player. He has a really unique skill set and can impact the game in a big way. DKM you the goat 🔥

Bol Bol family. He'll be playing at PF with Jokic (and probably with Plumlee too) so his weight won't matter as much. As a 7'2 PF that moves like a deer that can block shots and shoot at his rate, he can be as good as he wants to be. He could end up being all-NBA, MVP, or just an elite role player, it's up to him

He isn’t a center but more of a Kevin Durant type. Just a little slower footspeed

Bol was really starting to break out at Oregon when he went down. If he can overcome his frailness he could have a very good NBA future.

I love Bol Bol. I hope he get's chance to help an NBA franchise win games. I believe he could develop more core strength while working with a good trainer to help him find more balance as he looks to be off balance at times. I loved his father Manute Bol because he was so tall and thin and easy to cheer for (kind of like Tacko Fall today.) Let's go Bol Bol!

I realize that actually not having Bol Bol is all right because not many 7+ players don’t have that many minutes. Plus coming off injuries it’s probably better this way for the Nuggets we’ve already been dealing with the injury bug
