This debut is genius. Their aesthetic is something I can’t put my finger on. It has a 90’s feel, yet it’s modern. Feminine, yet tomboyish. It feels very fresh. All the girls are so pretty too. Can’t wait to see more!

뉴진스 멤버 소개 아트필름을 보고 느낀점,,,, 뉴진스는 기존의 아이돌그룹을 구세대로 만들 완전히 새로운 브랜딩을 완성한 것 같아요 기존 아이돌그룹은 뮤비를 보고 음악을 듣고 춤을 따라하고 콘서트를 보러가고 다소 매니악한 굿즈를 사는 것으로 소비하는 방식이 '음악'이라는 한계 안에 갇혀있다는 면이 있었어요 그런데 민희진님이 이끄는 뉴진스는 단순한 아이돌그룹이 보여주던 것과 다르게 음악성과 화려한 퍼포먼스를 내세우기 보다는 평범한 Z세대들의 생각과 고민들로 캐릭터를 마치 관찰하는 시각에서 보는 것처럼 보여줘요 이상할 정도로 친근감을 주죠 이건 아마 최근 메가인플루언서로 세계적으로 자신의 브랜드를 만들며 사랑을 받고 있는 사람들, 특히 소녀들이 옆집에서 살 것 같은 평범하지만 친근감 있는 매력을 가지고 있는 것과 일맥상통하는 마케팅 전략으로 보여요 중간중간 마치 틱톡을 찍는 것 같은 장면들도 이 메가인플루언서들을 연상시키네요 그 메가인플루언서들처럼 뉴진스도 이들만의 감성(y2k + 청춘스타)을 담은 스타일브랜드, 디지털아트 전시 등등 신개념 상품으로 새롭게 아이돌그룹을 소비하는 방식을 제시해줄 것 같아요 아이돌그룹을 소비하기 위해 멜론 스밍을 돌리거나 굿즈를 사모으고 콘서트를 티켓팅하는 방식은 다소 매니악하고 진입장벽이 높은 편이죠 하지만 아이돌그룹의 '음악'만이 아닌 '스타일'이나 '메세지(가치관)'이 상품화된다면 그것을 소비하는 방식은 정말 무궁무진할 것으로 보여요 특히 이 비디오는 단순히 아이돌 멤버들이 짜여진대로 웃고 노래하며 춤추는 마리오네트가 아니라 살아 숨쉬는 여자아이들처럼 보인다는 점. 그점을 강조하여 독창적인 아트웍을 디테일까지 탄탄하게 완성했다는 점이 이들 뒤에 얼마나 많은 것들이 준비되어 있을지 느껴지게 하네요 정말 기대됩니다...!

I sincerely think that NewJeans have the best debut concept in K-Pop that i've ever seen. This Introduction is very Creative and Aesthetic. They look very attractive. Something like if Pinterest was a K-Pop group, then NewJeans would be it. Loving this refreshing debut.

Their concept literally screams 'AESTHETICS', since watching their attention mv, can't resist with these girls' charms anymore. They're literally interesting, so unique and their concept is a fresh breath of air. Love how unique their company's marketing strategy. I know it's under ADOR/HYBE, but can't deny that they got SM's vibes and uniqueness (mainly because of their great and creative CEO, former SM producer)

They are all so cute. I’m an older K-pop fan, in my 30’s, but their concept is so cute and girly with lots of aesthetic. I’m gonna show them to my 15 year old niece so we can stan. I think they will be very successful.
I feel like this group encompasses everything that was early 90's and 2000's with a modern twist on it making it refreshingly chill. Its not loud nor is the sound sad, its bubbly with a lot of heart and doesn't want to add too much. It tries to stay with each moment before moving onto the next. Visually, the girls are attractive, as they resemble youthfulness and girly things, however beauty is in the eye of the beholder and the phone and camera is their way of sharing it with us that inside they are still learning new things about themselves and ultimately beauty is better when you have someone to see and share it with.
This is the most refreshing debut I've ever heard. It's not those kind of debut with noisy music or whatever it's called.

It's gonna be so incredibly hard not to stan these girls; they seem amazing and this concept as well as their songs are so refreshing, new and just great! I also took a look at their album packagings which are also simply amazing. I'm not sure i can resist them...
